Terms & Conditions

ORDER

* First come & First Serve Basis due to all items are limited stock.

* Please use our Order Form or CLICK HERE to place your order. We will reply via email to confirm your order.

PRE-ORDER
* 50% deposit need to be paid after the pre-order confirmed. The balance need to be paid once the order arrive and ready to post.

* Pre-order will take about 1 1/2 - 2 months to arrive.

* Once deposit has been made, you will receive the order confirmation via email.

Note: Deposit will not be returned if cancellation made after confirmation.

PAYMENT

* All payment must be made through Cash Transfer to our Maybank Account.

* For Security purpose, we will send our Maybank Account number together with order confirmation.

* We are not dealing with any cash on delivery.

* We will also quote postage cost and customer can choose either want it to be courier or self pickup.

DELIVERY

* All orders are deliver every Monday and Wednesday each week by Pos Laju.

* Delivery cost are based on the product weight.

* Products will be post once full payment received.

SELF COLLECTION

* Also available and its FREE.. KL & SELANGOR area only (base on appointment and arrangement)

* Appointment will be made once full payment received.

3 kg - RM 10
4 kg - RM 12
** please add RM 2 every 1kg

*Sabah & Sarawak
0.5kg - RM 7
1 kg - RM 14
** please add RM 7 every 0.5kg (include Air Surcharge)
